Rationalisation

It easier to do the right thing, if you know how to…
If there are clear instructions on how things should be done, it is easier to review and improve the work. In rationalisation I have worked with everything from analysis to development of methods and processes for improved operations. I have long experience of quality systems and project models.

Don't forget the internal communication!
The most important asset for a company is often the staff. Make sure that you have working information channels and routines that allows your staff the information they need. It can be a newsletter, information leaflet, or different internal systems as for example an intranet.

Project examples:

  • Development of control systems according to ISO9001 & ISO14000.
Continuous information through newsletters and extranet.
    EO Åkeri AB, 2004-2006

  • Documentation and implementation of a project model according to PROPS.
    Ericsson 1999

  • Documentation and education in system development (for the Saab Gripen)
    Saab Aerotech, 1998

  • Development and documentation of a quality system according to ISO9001
Saab Combitech, Cervitrol, Avant Garde information 1990-1995

  • Newsletters, member leaflets, internal information.
    Various companies, tenant-ownership societies etc.
