Documentation
With good documents, everybody can be an expert!
Documentation of products and systems is getting more and more important,
as we tend to use more advanced technology. At the same time, development
is getting more rapid, demanding more frequent updates. Furthermore, the
information must be quickly distributed, often in several languages in
an international market.
This requires refined methods for documentation, regarding the contents
as well as the pedagogic and the use of new technology. The goal is to
make the user understand all he needs to know.
I have worked with technical documentation in several branches and in
different applications, comprising anything from conceptual presentations
to detailed data. I have long experience of different documentation methods
and document management systems. (see Information
